Audio advertising agency Audacia in Singapore and McDonald’s wanted to increase awareness of the McDonald's app and drive consideration for the 1 for 1 deals, whilst improving the agility of their marketing approach.


Audacia used AudioStack’s audio workflows and high-quality synthetic voices to allow their team to generate AI-powered audio ads for McDonald’s in mere seconds. This allowed both the agency and brand to be agile in their marketing approach, increasing sales where and when needed.


The campaign strategy successfully drove more traffic to McDonald's website to redeem the offers. Campaign results via OnDevice Research showed:  Top of mind awareness for McDonald’s increased by +6% following the campaign Respondents were +3% more likely to agree that McDonald’s offers delivery through their own services or other delivery apps After exposure to the campaign, consideration for McDonald’s was increased by a further +2 points Consumers agreed that McDonald’s provides great promotions and deals on their app +13%.
