Getting AI transformation right

1. Regulation

The UK is attempting to find a middle ground by promoting innovation while addressing key concerns around AI. For media and creative industries, a key consideration is staying informed about evolving regulations and trying to follow the most stringent guidelines for future resilience.

Generative AI is transforming industries, especially media and entertainment, by improving efficiency and personalization while reducing costs. The challenges are that companies face issues with copyright, trust, and safety amid evolving global regulations.
