To increase consumer awareness of the McDonald's app.
To drive consideration for McDonald’s “1 for 1” deals and MyM rewards scheme.
To improve the agility of their marketing approach.
How did they do it?
Solution

Top of mind awareness for McDonald’s increased by +6% following the campaign (55% to 61%)
Respondents were +7% more likely to purchase through the McDonald’s app (31% to 38%)
Consumers agreed that McDonald’s provides great promotions and deals on their app by +13% (46% to 59%)
